I really need to write some new lyrics...

Let the late night search for inspiration begin!

As always I want to try finding different sources of inspiration, and different ways of writing my music. Previously I have gone out to nature and waited and basked in its beauty until creativity overcame me, or sometimes I would just reflect on my life. Other times I thought about those who mattered most to me (the majority of my instrumental songs to be honest) and once I tried thinking of song titles that sounded cool and working around it (doesn't work well).

I realized something much earlier today. I don't know how well it will work, but it is something different. (Reason #453 that I will never get laid) When I was playing Left 4 Dead 2, I earned some new achievements, and as they popped up, the titles made original songs come into my head. They brought ideas to my mind, and I figure that I may as well give it a shot at writing some of said ideas.

Now, this is incredibly nerdy what I'm doing. Chances are I'll only do one or two of these, but yeah, I just feel like I haven't had anything new in a while.
